COMMENTS: Most hotel guests seem to be packaged budget tours from Asia arriving and departing by the bus load. Current selling prices are very reasonable and Inn on the Park should be considered as an investment opportunity. Not recommended as a long stay residence. Frontage view is Fort DeRussy.
