Location is a very busy intersection so expect street traffic until late in the evening. But because the building is central air-conditioning, residents claim the street noise is not noticeable. Ground floor are commercial spaces including the Wailana Coffee House. There are also commercial offices located on the 4th floor. Minimum rental is 3 months per condo association rules.
